How do I buy a keycap?

We make and sell our keycaps in small batches that we announce on our social accounts. Follow us on Instagram or Discord to be notified on the next sale!

What materials are your keycaps made of?

Some of our keycaps are made with epoxy resin while others are made of polymer clay. Material of each launch can be found in the description column.

Do you do commissions?

Our commissions are currently closed while we work on our upcoming caps. Follow us on our social accounts — we'll be sure to let everyone know when they reopen!

What is the ID code? / How does verification work?

You should receive a verification card along with your keycap. The ID code on the card is unique to your keycap and can be used to verify its authenticity. Please do not reveal this code to anyone.

Only keycaps shipped after mid-December 2020 have a verification card. If your keycap arrives with a missing verification card, please drop us a mail!

What should I do if my keycap stem is too tight/loose?

For stems that are too tight, submerge the cap in warm water for a minute, pat dry and mount on your keyboard immediately. It should fit nicely after.

For stems that are too loose, submerge the cap in warm water for a minute, remove from water and pinch the stem gently with a tweezer. Allow the cap to cool down before mounting. It should fit nicely after. Alternatively, you can follow the steps in this video.

We try our best to run an eco-conscious small business. Some details about our process:

  • To reduce the amount of single-use plastic, all our orders ship in 100% recyclable plastic-free packaging. This includes the shipping box, shipping labels, water-activated packaging tape, and honeycomb padding inside the box.
  • Verification and care cards are printed on FSC-certified, bio-degradable paper
  • Carbon emissions related to shipping are offset via DHL's Climate Neutral program

Refund policy

All our caps are handmade and will have minor discrepancies. Unless your keycap arrives broken, we are unable to offer any refunds. In any case, please drop us a mail if you need any support.
